February 9, 2007. Since my near nuclear meltdown the other day, things have gone really well. I have been obeying commands and being extra specially good. Tom was angry about what I did, running around the neighbourhood and all, but, he was not angry at me. He was just worried about me getting hurt by running across the street.
Today we went over to the park again, as we have every morning. Helicopter man and the chicken wing dancers were there earlier in the morning, but, they left before we arrived. We spent a full 45 minutes running today. I did take off once, because those a
nnoying crows and seagulls just had to be chased away. There was one other time that I took off too, but that was just to say hello to the two ladies from the Parks Board who were cleaning up around the pool. They patted me on the head and were really happy to see me.

Other than those two times though, I came back to Tom every time he called me. We had a lot of fun playing fetch. One problem Tom noticed today when I was chasing the ball. Once we switched back to the usual direction, I had no trouble tracking and fetching.
After we came home, I was exhausted and it was time for a big rest. I slept for awhile in my new favourite place under the desk on Tom’s feet. After he moved, I went and lay down on my special bed and then later still when Tom went to lie
Later on we will pick up Renee. I can’t wait to see her. Three days is too long. She will get lots of hugs and cuddles and kisses when we see her. My bum will be wiggling almost out of its socket, I’ll be so happy.
