To hear Tom and Glenda though, they had a completely different thought as I went into the bush at the top. They saw something moving through the trees. It was something that was tawny brown in colour and moving, somewhat stealthily. To them, without the view I had, it looked suspiciously like a small cougar.
Imagine their relief when I burst through the bush and slid down the hill, followed closely by my friend, Buddy. We romped around a bit and then it was time to continue on our walk. We did 8K and when we returned almost 2 hours later, Buddy was still sitting at the top of our driveway waiting for me to return.
We had another little romp around, before that was broken up by a truck coming down the road. So at that point, I said goodbye to Buddy and Tom and I went down to the cabin. I’m sure he will wander over later today and we will be able to play some more.
